Is it possible to create giant circular pools in lakes or in the ocean offshore, which can generate electrical energy to power up large cities? Indeed, such comments and questions come up often in the Online Think Tank, I run and as well they should. Fore without the proper flows of civilization you really do not have civilization at all. So the question stands and is now being debated; are Giant Circular Hydro-Systems with Salt Water Purification possible? One leader of the think tank posed this concept recently; okay now here is a thought. Have a Giant Circle (diameter of width of football field) have inlet points around the circumference. As the water flows in it creates wave that converge as multiple points about 1/3 of the way to the center. At each one of these points is a Cylinder with a spinner inside of it. All the cylinders pump the Spinning Giant centerpiece. Think of an old radial aircraft motor.
